Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns. Acceptable returns are items that are unworn, washed, damaged, or altered in anyway. All merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached. Final sales include jewelry, sale items, swimwear and lingerie. Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date. We highly suggest you send your package insured and with tracking numbers as Duchess is not responsible for lost or missing items or packages. Your approved return will be processed if all guidelines are followed and original package is received. The original credit card used for the purchase will be credited within 5 business days following the return approval. Customer paid shipping charges will not be refunded.

For exchanges, please provide a complete description of the item desired, including size and color. If the item is unavailable, your account will be credited and you will be contacted via email. Your approved exchange will not be processed until we have received your original order. For remaining balances on exchanges the original credit card used for the purchase will be credited within 5 business days, following the exchange approval. Customer paid shipping fees will not be included in refund.

Shipping Rates and Procedures

We use UPS for all of our shipping methods. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or International at this time. We require a signature confirmation for all deliveries.

UPS Domestic Shipping Service Rates:
UPS Ground $8.00
UPS 3 Day Select $15.00
UPS 2nd Day Air $20.00
UPS Next Day Air $42.00

All orders that are $250 and up will receive free ground UPS.

Orders are normally shipped next business day. The only exception is all orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Fridays will not ship out until Monday. Please note that while UPS is always fast and accurate, the arrival time is not guaranteed, If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may want to purchase Overnight Shipping at the charge listed above.
